CORAVIN PREMIUM WINES BY THE GLASS (150ml)

ITALIAN WHITE                                                gls / btl

2018 SASSARINI - CINQUE TERRE SULLE BUCCE DOC 2018
(Bosco 80%, Albarola 10%, Vermentino 10%)                                    29 / 146

Intense straw yellow, on the nose hints of candied citrus fruits, broom flowers, wild fennel with delicate shades of laurel. Sapid and deep, with a vibrant finish with elegant mineral and ginger hints. The grapes are vinified in white, in steel and at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine remains on its own yeasts for four months.

2015, PALAZZONE MUSCO BIANCO
(Procanico 50%, Verdello 30%, Malvasia 20%)

(Umbria, Italy)                                                               35 / 175

Deep golden bright color, complex nose of ripe yellow fruit, almond, peel, and candied

citrus. Chestnut honey and notes of herbs on the palate. From a small field blend

vineyard with Procanico, Verdello and Malvasia grapes. Produced in a tuff cave dug under

a chestnut forest, this wine matures in chestnut wood barrels and refines first in

demijohns and then in bottles for several months. Great silky structure although it has

a sour and slightly tangy trail well integrated.

ITALIAN RED

2005, SOBRERO BAROLO RISERVA CIABOT TANASIO DOCG (100% Nebbiolo)

(Piedmont, Italy)                                                             64 / 320

A vibrant, richly layered nose that is remarkably appealing. Leather, black liquorice,

and dried leaves, compose a rich medley of aromas, enlivened by black pepper, graphite,

tobacco leaf, mixed spice and star anise. The palate is smooth and well rounded, with a

dense velvety mouthfeel. A firm sturdy structure is bolstered by tannins that are lively

and emphatic but never aggressive.

2017, FABIO MOTTA LE GONNARE BOLGHERI SUPERIORE DOC
(Merlot 85%, Syrah 15%)
(Tuscany, Italy)                                                              39 /195

Dark purple colour. The nose shows dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted thyme, amarena

cherries and black berry jam form an intense bouquet. Silky smooth mouthfeel with some

firm grainy tannins.
The wood is well integrated and fits well the to the mineral backbone of this wine.

On the palate ripe black fruit, herbs & burned earth which lead to a long lasting elegant

finish.

FRENCH WHITE

2018, DOMAINE WILLIAM FEVRE 1ER CRU MONTEE DE TONNEREE DOMAINE

(Chablis , France)                                                            62 /312

Complex bouquet with floral and fruity aromas, and intense mineral notes. Structured

palate in its youth, becoming more subtle and elegant and developing ripe fruit notes.

2013, DOMAINE RENE ROSTAING CONDRIEU “LA BONNETTE”
(Rhones Valley, France)                                                       61 /308

Pale chartreuse color. Pungent, highly perfumed aromas of orange pith, poached pear,

white flowers and iodine. Juicy and deep but surprisingly energetic, with appealing

sweetness and a smoke accent to its tangerine, pear nectar and honeysuckle flavours.

Finishes with a firm cut and impressive length

FRENCH RED

2017, DOMAINE FAIVELEY GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN 1ER CRU 'PETITE CHAPELLE'

(Burgundy, France)                                                            68/335

2017 is an early vintage. Harvests started on August 29th, the grape clusters were dense

and compact thanks to excellent flowering in late May.

Favourable climate conditions gave charm and generosity to the wines. 2017 is a classic

style of vintage that can also be enjoyed in its youth. This wine displays a deep ruby

colour and enticing aromas of spice and black fruits on the nose. The palate is rich and

fruity with a smooth, elegant mouthfeel.

2015, FREDERIC & DANIEL BRUNIER PIEDLONG CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE
(Rhone valley, France)                                                        61/308

20-22 months in French oak “Foudres” (60 hl), bottled without filtration or fining.

Marketed at 2 years.
A Chateauneuf-du-Pape perfectly pitched between richness, freshness, robustness and

femininity, velvet and minerality.
